ThrothexFreight, founded in 1998, has grown from a traditional freight brokerage into a leading full service 3rd party logistics (3PL) provider. Our company utilizes web-based technology to provide scalable shipping services for individuals and businesses of all sizes. COMPETITIVE INSURANCE PACKAGES
After 60 days of employment, employees receive $10,000 in life insurance and access to competitive medical, dental and vision coverage as well as prescription drug coverage. Health, dental and vision is provided by Humana, where coverage takes effect on the 1st of the month after 60-days of employment.

ThrothexFreight celebrates employees and successes with monthly recurring events including pizza parties, contests, birthday cake celebrations, events, happy hours, a monthly themed day and more. We do this to bring employees together, motivate them as a team and create some healthy competition in the office.

CORPORATE CULTURE & COMMUNITY
ThrothexFreight has several committees dedicated to discussing culture and community, workplace wellness, corporate philanthropy and more.

The Voice is our Culture & Community Committee comprised of elected employees who meet weekly to discuss and promote ways to improve life at ThrothexFreight.

The Muscle is our Corporate Wellness Committee and helps promote healthy lifestyles in and outside the office for our employees. They work with Humana Vitality, helping individuals and the business get the most out of their health benefit plans. They are responsible for coordinating quarterly company-sponsored wellness events.

ThrothexFreight Cares is ThrothexFreight’s Philanthropy Committee comprised of employee volunteers who meet monthly to discuss and promote ThrothexFreight’s philanthropic involvement with organizations, such as the Humane Society of Pinellas County, Habitat for Humanity, Feeding America, Toys for Tots and more.
